Aureva Progesterone Enhancing Cream

I am 53 going through menopause and was having major issues. To start with my mood was up and down not quite right… I went to my obgyn and she wanted to put me on antidepressants. I said no that I just needed a little estrogen and she said she could not because I still was having periods. I was also having severe upper under shoulder pain on both sides of my back a burning feeling. I started seeing a deep tissue therapy doctor and also did therapy exercises had an MRI too which came back normal.. still in pain.. sleep was bad and sex drive was low and having some anxiety. So of course I prayed because I really needed some help and guidance. So I found Aureva and now my mood is so much better, sex drive has improved and no more back pain and I am sleeping better and anxiety pretty much gone. I’m not sure how this will work 2 more months from now… but for now it has changed my life!!

Prior to using this Aureva, I was experiencing what felt to me as debilitating hormone-related anxiety and severe insomnia (I would have three to four nights in a row of two to three hours of sleep most weeks). Now that I've been using Aureva's Progesterone Cream for two to three months I am so pleased - delighted, really, and very relieved. I now go days and days without any anxiety whatsoever and when I do feel anxious is is very mild and manageable, plus I expect that the anxiety may well simply disappear altogether as I keep using this product. I also now routinely sleep a good six solid hours at night and am dreaming again, which is a very welcome improvement.

I have used other estriol and progesterone creams in the past but disliked the cream bases the other brands used, which left a sticky feeling and also had added perfumes that I found to be unpleasant, cloying scents. The Aureva cream is unscented, with no discernible scent at all, are quickly absorbed and leave no residue on my skin.

An unexpected boon I am experiencing from using this cream along with the other aforementioned related products - my skin tone / texture has improved a great deal as well. I was getting that sort of turkey wattle neck, thinning skin on my limbs and facial wrinkles. There has been noticeable improvement with all these skin issues.

So, I highly recommend this product line. I am now loyal and devoted customer to to Aureva.

I was curious how much product would be wasted after no more pumps would produce cream.. so I pulled the plastic container apart to discover there is nearly nothing at all remaining, only a tiny smear of the cream inside the threads of one component. This was very surprising to me and I am satisfied that I got my money's worth of this product. Ps. I could feel a difference using this product. It did help provide relief from some menopause symptoms. I took the liberty to apply it on other areas of the body in addition to those recommended on the label.

I received it two days ago and I already started using it at the same time, and I'm amazed how fast it worked, on the first day I already noticed that my hot flashes had decreased and now I feel like a normal person again with only two days of use!! I highly recommend

I had daily hot flashes before I bought this. I don’t get them anymore thanks to this product. It really works and I typically don’t leave reviews.

I'm using this as a beauty item supplementing HRT by targeting my facial skin. And wow is it effective at that! I've also slept more soundly the 3 nights I've used it, including the 'skin test' night where I only applied a tiny amount along one side of my neck to make sure I wasn't allergic before putting on my entire face. I'm not trying to get the systemically effective does, since I already have HRT patches. It is solely to improve the look of my facial skin, and it is working for that quite quickly. It's the only thing I've changed this week and yet my skin is clearly more supple looking and my pores are smaller.

It is a rather heavy carrier lotion, close to a cream though in an airless pump. I don't use a full squeeze of the pump and it does take a bit of effort to fully work into the skin, so can't rate it a 5 for absorbency. But it does the job and so far the occlusiveness of the carrier hasn't been detrimental. Hopefully that will stay that way even as time goes on.

Update: So I got my period back on week 4 when I stopped the progesterone for one week like they say to, after 4 hot flashing miserable months my period was welcome. Still feel great, zero hot flashes, totally feel back to normal. I’ve never been so happy to get my period again. Lol. Still 100% happy, life changing product for me.

Tried it for hotflashes and it totally worked. Over the last two years I guess I hit Perimenopause. I started having months with no period and horrible every hourish very intense hot flashes. Just like getting the flu and blowing up hot, it’s so uncomfortable. It’s not just feeling a wee hot, it’s a ridiculous burning heat like an illness. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t experienced it, men in particular, can understand how sick you feel for the minutes this comes on...sure it goes away...but after a while it starts to effect your overall happiness and you feel like yelling...I can’t take it any more! Plus it wakes you up allll night, covers on...covers off. Just a miserable way to live. This past March my period stopped, the burning flashes began...and it’s been almost 4 months of it...I tried all the herbs and everything I could read and nothing what so ever worked. I was so unhappy. I bought this and the progesterone because it seems from what I read that your supposed to do both. First week, hotflahes were less often and less intense...by the second week...only at night once or twice, this is the third week..GONE! Zero hot flashes the last few days and nights. Sleeping so much better. I feel normal again and I still don’t have my period which is fine with me. Some people say it did not work for them, and maybe it didn’t, I don’t know why it works for me, I’m just so super happy it does. I feel like myself again. If you’re being internally heat tortured all day long...maybe try this. Good luck.

So far this combination of the estrogen, progesterone cream and the DIM are helping me sleep better, my hot flashes are reduced to 1-2 a day from 8-10, and my disposition is much improved! I expected to have to use this for well over a month to know if it's working, but after only 1 week I''m already experiencing improvement. These 3 replace the very expensive HRT "Prempro" I was taking via a prescription.(insurance will no longer co-pay). Very happy - thanks Aureva!

UPDATE AFTER TWO MONTHS' USE: I am a new woman!! Truly I'm so thankful for this product. I am a different person primarily because my anxiety, irritability and generally miserable attitude is all but gone while being on this regime. I'm also sleeping much better and NO hot flashes. This is HUGE - I have suffered from these symptoms for years and assumed it was just life as I saw it. But, in fact, I now know my imbalance in hormones was causing a plethora of problems. Be sure to start small on your dosage. Too much of a good thing is, well, too much of a good thing. I was getting great results using a tad less than they recommend, and then I upped the amount I apply, however, I started having hot flashes and a bit of anxiety again, so I cut back to less than the recommended amount. Start with less and build up until you find your "balance". The beauty of these products is that they are giving me far better results than the $150.00 Prempro RX I was previously taking. If you are post-menopause, take these! If you are peri-menopause, or pre-meno and suffering from anxiety and PMS, give them a try. My quality of life is greatly improved. I was scared to take estrogen because I hear all the stories about how it can cause cancer. So I only took natural progesterone. Not only did I get fat, I started getting hairs on my chin and one day I woke up and I couldn’t walk my back hurts so bad. I then started to wonder how I could live without estrogen. Im 57. It’s been about 5 years since I have had a period. I noticed I was starting to have heart palpitations and heart pains. I am a vegan and so I get very little fat. I recently started vegetarianism because I have been having aching joints. I like that this cream is plant-based. Although I can’t find that information anywhere. But nevertheless I noticed a difference from the moment I put it on. I jumped off the deep end. Within half a day after applying at my backache started to go away. After two days my back was completely gone. After three days not only did I get better sleep, I had better energy, A better frame of mind, and those bat wings that ladies get when they get older are starting to go down. Seriously I can’t believe it. Another reason I was afraid to take it was because I thought my boobs would get even bigger but they did not. In fact I think they were swollen before. I also bought a thyroid tablet from Nutra bio. Both of these together worked like a charm. My muscles are smoother and I’m not so tense or sore. Ladies I know you worry about the same things I do. After trying different dietary additions (seeds, nuts, flours) and capsules/supplements to help me manage these serious hot flashes, I found this and ordered it based on the reviews, and I am so glad I did! I had not intended to use it on my face, but after couple of nights, I thought my skin looked a bit more youthful in the morning. I apply it to my face and neck, and also rub a dab into my wrists. I was so curious about what the skin on my face looked like, that I forgot to notice that the hot flashes were disappearing! I couldn't even tell you how long that took, but I'm sure it was less than a week. It's nice not to have that hot feeling coming on, and my clothes sticking to my body, or trickles of sweat running down my chest or back. It's nice to sleep through the night without having to kick all the covers off because of the claustrophobic warmth coming on! This product is very nice to have, and I will continue it! I prefer this rather than prescription hormone replacement therapy, because it's natural, mild, but strong enough to work on me! It says it works on other menopausal symptoms, also, and one other one I have noticed is that I have a nicely sweet/sour (like mayo/mustard) scented lubrication in my nether regions, where before, that was absent. Quite sensual!

ADDENDUM: This product definitely delivers on the natural estrogen. I had mild ovulation cramps, which I wasn't worried about, and then a couple weeks later, I had a little spotting! Goodness! I don't want my periods back, so I cut back, not putting it on my wrists. I've already had one hot flash, but that's nothing compared to what it used to be. Still give this 5 stars!
